Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machinery including lathes, mills, and multi-axis systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults
- Conduct precision calibration and alignment of machine components
- Implement and document maintenance procedures according to ISO standards
- Order replacement parts and manage inventory for maintenance supplies
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Train operators on proper machine usage and basic maintenance protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance
- Certification in CNC programming or maintenance (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
