Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on CNC machinery and other automated production systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures.
- Collaborate closely with the Production Engineering team to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement solutions.
- Maintain precise documentation of all maintenance activities, machine downtime logs, and spare parts inventory.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new production machinery and equipment upgrades.
- Adhere strictly to industrial safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and hazard-free working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Vocational Technical High School (SMK) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience of 2 to 4 years working as a CNC Maintenance Technician or in a similar manufacturing maintenance role.
- Strong reading and interpretation of electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
- Solid understanding of PLC troubleshooting and CNC control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi).
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational demands.
