We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team at Sysgen. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence through strategic process optimization, rigorous quality improvement initiatives, and enhancing overall production efficiency. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to implement advanced machining techniques, reduce cycle times, and ensure our products consistently meet the highest industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize CNC machining processes to improve throughput and reduce material waste.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Perform regular quality inspections and process validation to ensure compliance with ISO and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and update manufacturing documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and production, to streamline workflows.
- Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, or Fusion 360).
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and machining tolerances.
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mazak CNC controls and programming.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
