Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC machining processes, tooling, and fixtures to ensure maximum efficiency, precision, and quality.
- Create and refine CNC programs (G-code, M-code) for new and existing products, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions to improve process reliability and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to facilitate new product introduction, process validation, and seamless transitions to manufacturing.
- Identify and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste, improve cycle times, and enhance overall operational throughput.
- Provide technical support and hands-on training to production operators on CNC machinery, new processes, and manufacturing best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials to improve competitiveness and technological capabilities.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with relevant safety, health, environmental regulations, and internal quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, with a strong emphasis on CNC machining and programming.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, Siemens NX) for design and program generation.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming, fixture design, tooling selection, and material science.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
