Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and supervise daily CNC milling operations, ensuring maximum machine uptime and utilization across 3, 4, and 5-axis platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of machine operators to ensure compliance with safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure all KPIs, output targets, and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Conduct regular machine efficiency audits and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and waste.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to maintain zero-defect standards and perform root-cause analysis on non-conformances.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex setup issues and programming challenges.
- Manage personnel schedules, including shift rotations, performance evaluations, and skill-gap training programs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CNC machining environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven hands-on experience in operating and programming 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- In-depth knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measurement tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing a diverse production team.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office for production tracking and reporting.
