Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and operate Mazak Mill Turn CNC machines with precision
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on machinery
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Optimize machine parameters for efficiency and material utilization
- Document production data and maintain equipment logs
- Collaborate with engineering team on process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workplace standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Mazak Mill Turn machines
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings/blueprints
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining fundamentals
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Experience with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Technical certification or diploma in CNC/Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Attention to detail with focus on quality and tolerances
