We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable CNC Milling/Lathe Machine Operator to join our production team in Caloocan City. In this role, you will play a critical part in our manufacturing process, ensuring the precision, quality, and timely delivery of machined components.

Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling and lathe machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
- Perform regular tool changes, machine calibration, and minor adjustments to ensure production consistency.
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions and report complex issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with industry safety standards.
- Document production logs and report daily output rates to supervisors.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in Machine Shop Technology is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC Milling and/or Lathe machines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming basics is a significant advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to machine operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
