Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate CNC Milling machines (vertical and horizontal) to produce high-precision components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Interpret and optimize CNC programs (G-code and M-code) during setup and operation to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Select, load, and secure cutting tools and workpieces, ensuring proper alignment and clamping.
- Conduct first-off inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, bore gauges) to ensure tight tolerances.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn tooling components.
- Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, making necessary adjustments to machine parameters and tooling paths.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment, strictly adhering to 5S and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to recommend process improvements and streamline workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Milling Machinist in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Solid understanding of CNC programming, specifically G-code and M-code.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production schedule.
- Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, SolidCAM) is a strong advantage.
