Orbis Precision Tech is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Milling Operator to join our manufacturing facility in Laguna Technopark. As a vital member of our production team, you will be responsible for the precise operation of CNC milling machines to manufacture high-quality components according to strict technical specifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
- Interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine correct tooling and machine settings.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is operating at peak efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Adjust machine offsets and parameters to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company health and safety protocols.
- Document production output and report any mechanical malfunctions to the maintenance supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a CNC Milling Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Solid understanding of CNC controls, G-code, and machining principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials as required by production tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- High school diploma or vocational certification in Machining or related technical field.
