Tanggung Jawab
- Program and optimize CNC milling machines using industry-standard software and G-code
- Analyze technical blueprints and engineering drawings to determine machining sequences
- Design and develop detailed project plans for complex milling operations
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and precision verification
- Monitor machining processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of programs, processes, and quality metrics
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as CNC Milling Programmer or similar technical role
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Strong understanding of blueprint interpretation and GD&T principles
- Knowledge of various milling machine operations and tooling systems
- Familiarity with material properties and machining parameters optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions
- Technical certification in CNC programming or machining preferred
