Indonesia Multi Colour Printing is currently seeking a highly skilled and precision-oriented CNC Milling Programmer / Manual Workshop Operator to join our dynamic technical team in Rungkut. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our production support, ensuring that all machinery, parts, and tooling are crafted to the highest specifications to maintain operational excellence.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full cycle of part manufacturing, from interpreting complex engineering drawings to executing precise milling operations. You will balance advanced CNC programming with hands-on manual machining to support our continuous production processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and optimize CNC Milling programs using CAM software to ensure production efficiency.
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Milling machines and manual workshop equipment.
- Design and fabricate precision tooling, jigs, and fixtures required for printing production lines.
- Interpret technical blueprints and engineering schematics to manufacture high-tolerance parts.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on workshop machinery to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the production maintenance team to identify and resolve mechanical bottlenecks.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality control standards are strictly followed during operation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Proven experience as a CNC Milling Programmer or Manual Workshop Operator (min. 2-3 years).
- Strong proficiency in G-Code, M-Code, and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
- Ability to perform manual lathe (bubut) and milling operations with high precision.
- Strong understanding of engineering measurements, tolerances, and material properties.
- Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical technical drawings.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
