Tanggung Jawab
- Design precision injection moulds using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
- Apply GD&T principles to ensure manufacturing accuracy and tolerances
- Develop comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) for mould components
- Optimize designs for CNC machining processes and production efficiency
- Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis to improve mould performance
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
- Review and modify existing mould designs for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in CNC mould design
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, UG/NX)
- Expert knowledge of GD&T standards and CNC machining processes
- Strong understanding of injection mould design principles
- Experience with BOM creation and DFM methodologies
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
