Chin Yuan Metal & M Stud Industries is a leading manufacturer committed to precision engineering and excellence in metal fabrication. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team in Ulu Tiram, Johor. In this role, you will play a critical part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our metal components meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes, technical drawings, and safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate CNC machines in accordance with production blueprints and technical specifications.
- Perform daily machine inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures for various metal components.
- Monitor machining processes to ensure parts meet precise quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot minor machine errors and perform basic preventative maintenance.
- Ensure all production logs and quality reports are accurately recorded.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience operating CNC milling or turning machines.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts if required by production demands.
