Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling and turning machines to produce aerospace-grade parts.
- Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Perform regular machine checks and preventative maintenance to ensure continuous uptime.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Adjust machine offsets and tooling as required to ensure parts meet precise tolerances.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot production issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S and safety protocols.
- Document production logs and report any machine malfunctions or deviations to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational/Technical degree in Machine Shop Technology or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience operating CNC machinery (Milling or Turning).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Ability to read and understand G-code and M-code programming.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends if required.
- Commitment to occupational safety standards and quality control processes.
