We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join the engineering team at Compart Systems Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. In this key role, you will utilize advanced CAM software to design complex toolpaths, optimize machining processes, and ensure high-quality manufacturing standards are consistently met. You will be responsible for translating technical drawings into precise G-code, setting up CNC machines, and collaborating closely with production staff to troubleshoot technical issues and improve operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Create and modify G-code programs for multi-axis CNC machines to ensure precision and efficiency in part production.
- Set up and operate CNC milling and turning centers according to technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize machine downtime and ensure safety.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize cutting parameters, reduce cycle times, and improve material utilization.
- Verify finished parts against technical blueprints using precision measuring instruments such as CMMs, calipers, and micrometers.
- Develop and document work instructions and machining processes for new parts and prototypes.
- Stay updated with the latest CNC technologies and best practices in the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in CNC programming and machining operations.
- Proficient in industry-standard CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, or AutoCam).
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprints.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
