Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, program, and edit CNC code (G-code) for various machining centers, lathes, and mills to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine cutting parameters, feeds, and speeds.
- Perform machine setup and run trials to verify program accuracy and part tolerances before full-scale production.
- Collaborate closely with machine operators and maintenance staff to troubleshoot machining errors and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished parts to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Optimize existing programs to reduce cycle times, minimize material waste, and improve overall production efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest CNC technologies and manufacturing best practices to recommend process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a CNC Programmer within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, Mastercam, Edgecam, or Siemens NX.
- Deep knowledge of CNC control systems, including Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
- Excellent ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
