The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD/CAM software, a deep understanding of G-code and M-code, and a proven track record of setting up and operating CNC machinery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs (G-code, M-code) for multi-axis CNC mills and lathes based on engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure smooth and efficient production runs.
- Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part accuracy.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to review blueprints and identify the most efficient machining strategies.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
- Monitor machine operations closely, making necessary adjustments to feeds and speeds to optimize performance and tool life.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in strict adherence to company safety protocols.
- Document all machining processes, program revisions, and production notes accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven work experience as a CNC Programmer, CNC Machinist, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling selection, and fixturing methods.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent mathematical skills and a strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
