Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and program complex CNC toolpaths using industry-standard CAM software.
- Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and engineering blueprints accurately.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling and turning centers to ensure smooth production runs.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on CNC equipment and cutting tools.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and reduce cycle times.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in CNC programming, preferably with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mazak controls.
- Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming languages.
- Excellent ability to read and understand technical blueprints and specifications.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, or FeatureCAM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001 quality standards.
