Tanggung Jawab
- Program CNC machinery using industry-standard software (Mastercam, AutoCAD, etc.) to translate design specifications into executable manufacturing instructions
- Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machines ensuring optimal performance and precision
- Analyze technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements and tooling needs
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency
- Maintain detailed documentation of programs, machine settings, and production outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- 2+ years of CNC programming experience with hands-on machine operation
- Proficiency in CNC programming software (Mastercam, AutoCAD, Fusion 360)
- Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Problem-solving skills with attention to precision and detail
- Experience with CAD/CAM integration and G-code generation
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
