PT. VVF INDONESIA is currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Operator ETP-WTP (Effluent Treatment Plant & Water Treatment Plant) to join our manufacturing facility in Deli Serdang. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor ETP and WTP systems to ensure treated water meets regulatory quality standards.
- Perform daily routine checks, parameter testing, and chemical dosing based on operational requirements.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and basic repairs on pumps, valves, filters, and other utility equipment.
- Manage the disposal of sludge and chemical waste in compliance with environmental protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of water usage, chemical inventory, and machine performance.
- Troubleshoot operational anomalies and report critical issues to the engineering team immediately.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with K3 (Health & Safety) standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in operating ETP/WTP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of water treatment chemical processes, coagulation, flocculation, and filtration.
- Possession of a K3 (Health & Safety) certificate is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret water quality test results and adjust dosing accordingly.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and the ability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
- Demonstrated commitment to environmental regulations and workplace safety compliance.
