StaffKing Pte Ltd is currently seeking a skilled X4 EDM Machinist and Mold Tooling Assembly Technician to join a prominent Semiconductor MNC. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for a dedicated professional looking for a stable role with a competitive compensation package.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating advanced Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment to produce high-precision mold components. You will also be involved in the assembly and maintenance of mold tooling, ensuring that all work meets strict engineering specifications and quality standards. The position offers a professional office-hour schedule (Mon-Fri) with opportunities for overtime pay and performance bonuses.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate X4 EDM Wire Cut and Sinking machines to produce complex mold components with high precision.
- Perform mold tooling assembly, fitting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications to execute machining and assembly tasks accurately.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and dimensional checks using precision measuring instruments (e.g., CMM, Micrometer).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the engineering team and production staff to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Perform minor machine adjustments and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in EDM Machining, specifically with Wire EDM or Sinking EDM.
- Proven experience in mold tooling assembly within the semiconductor, electronics, or precision engineering industry.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and work from technical blueprints and engineering schematics.
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit to perform standing work for long periods and handle heavy tools and equipment.
