Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC machine programs for precision component manufacturing
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications to determine appropriate machining processes
- Collaborate with engineering team to ensure designs are manufacturable and efficient
- Perform program simulations and tests to verify accuracy before implementation
- Document and maintain program files, tooling lists, and setup instructions
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues to minimize downtime
- Stay updated with the latest CNC programming techniques and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a precision manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in CNC programming software (e.g., Mastercam, UG, SolidCAM)
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of G-code and CNC machine operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
