Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machines using Edgecam software.
- Interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints to ensure absolute manufacturing accuracy.
- Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies to enhance production efficiency.
- Maintain a well-organized and secure digital library for all CNC programs and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining errors on the shop floor in real-time.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to refine machining processes.
- Ensure all programs strictly adhere to company quality standards and safety protocols.
- Provide technical support to machine operators during program setup and trial runs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming, preferably in the oil and gas or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in using Edgecam software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail when interpreting technical blueprints.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and maintain high standards of organizational discipline.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and lean manufacturing principles.
