Tanggung Jawab
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (TurnMill, MillTurn, Mills, Lathes) for precision part production
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications to determine optimal machining sequences
- Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauging equipment
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce material waste
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop new machining procedures
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety protocols
- Document production data and maintain accurate machine logs
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as CNC Setter/Operator
- Proficiency in programming CNC machinery (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar controls)
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles and geometric tolerancing
- Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality control processes
- Familiarity with automotive parts manufacturing standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Problem-solving skills for machining process optimization
