Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision components
- Monitor machine operations and adjust parameters to maintain dimensional accuracy
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CNC programming codes
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers)
- Maintain detailed production records and quality control documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ISO manufacturing standards
- Collaborate with engineering team to implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience with CNC lathe operations
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and G-code programming
- Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools and quality control methods
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and CNC system failures
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
