Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain CNC milling/turning machines to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Set up, calibrate, and adjust CNC equipment for different materials and projects
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Document production data and maintain equipment maintenance logs
- Collaborate with engineering team to implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certificate in machining/mechanical engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience operating CNC machines (milling/turning)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and G-code programming
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Mastercam, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials up to 25kg
