Ronstan International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Technician to join our precision manufacturing team in Batam. In this role, you will be a critical part of our production operations, ensuring that our Citizen CNC Autolathes run at peak performance to meet our high-quality standards. We are looking for a professional with deep technical expertise in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting, who is committed to maintaining workplace safety and manufacturing excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and set up Citizen CNC Autolathes according to production requirements and technical drawings.
- Operate CNC machinery efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining strict quality control.
- Conduct regular machine maintenance and provide rapid troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure all manufactured parts meet strict dimensional and tolerance specifications.
- Optimize machining parameters, including speed, feed, and tooling selection, to improve output quality.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, CAD files, and technical schematics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company H&S protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to streamline manufacturing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Technician, specifically with Citizen CNC Autolathes.
- Vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical and software issues.
- Deep understanding of cutting tools, materials, and their application in precision machining.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high-precision components.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adhere to strict production timelines.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
