Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, development, and optimization of CNC machining processes for complex tooling and moulds.
- Design, refine, and validate precision tooling, jigs, and fixtures to meet stringent product specifications.
- Oversee the programming, setup, and operation of various CNC machines (milling, turning, EDM) to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for machining defects and production issues.
- Provide expert guidance and technical mentorship to CNC operators and junior technicians, fostering skill development and best practices.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of tooling and mould solutions.
- Implement and uphold rigorous quality control standards, ensuring compliance with industry specifications and company benchmarks.
- Manage tooling inventory, maintenance schedules, and procurement to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Tool & Die Making, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience as a CNC Tooling or Mould Expert in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, CATIA) for design and programming.
- In-depth knowledge of various CNC machine controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain) and machining parameters.
- Strong understanding of tooling materials, heat treatment processes, surface finishes, and advanced machining techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor a team.
