This is an incredible opportunity for candidates with no prior experience to gain hands-on training in advanced manufacturing technologies.
As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced machinists to learn the art of Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM). We provide a structured environment where you will grow from a trainee into a skilled technician. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior machinists in setting up and operating CNC wire-cut machines.
- Perform daily machine maintenance and cleanliness checks to ensure peak performance.
- Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Monitor the wire-cut process to ensure components meet strict quality standards.
- Support the team in handling raw materials and finished precision parts.
- Document production progress and assist in troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
- Strictly adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; we provide full on-the-job training.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Basic numeracy skills for measurements and technical calculations.
- Ability to commit to a 5.5-day work week (Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM; Saturday: 8 AM – 12 PM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Good physical stamina to perform machine-related tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic English or Mandarin communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
