We are seeking a highly motivated Co-Project Associate (CPA) to join our team for a high-stakes M&A Advisory and Sales project. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner, identifying and facilitating the sale and takeover of established private companies to corporate investors.
Think of this as an accelerated, professional version of 'Shark Tank'—you will be at the forefront of business acquisitions, vetting opportunities, and connecting high-potential private enterprises with strategic capital. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of Mergers & Acquisitions. We are looking for an individual who can navigate complex negotiations, conduct thorough due diligence, and drive deals to a successful close.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate high-potential private companies for acquisition and takeover opportunities.
- Develop and nurture relationships with business owners and prospective corporate investors.
- Conduct preliminary due diligence and financial analysis to assess company valuation and market viability.
- Prepare high-impact pitch decks and investment memorandums for stakeholders.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor market trends and industry shifts to pinpoint strategic investment opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead identification to closing the final transaction.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management regarding deal pipeline status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or high-end B2B Sales.
- Strong understanding of business valuation models and financial statements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles or strategic projects.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
