Manambang Muara Enim is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Coal Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic operations team in Muara Enim. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that all coal production meets strict technical specifications and client requirements. You will work across the entire supply chainâfrom the pit to the jettyâto optimize blending strategies and maintain world-class quality standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end quality management, including planning coal blending processes, performing rigorous laboratory analysis, and conducting comprehensive evaluations of coal quality across various operational points. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive coal blending plans to meet specific client specifications and maximize product value.
- Conduct systematic quality inspections and monitoring at PIT, ROM, Stockpile Crusher, Intermediate Stockpile, and Jetty points.
- Perform precise sampling and laboratory analysis to evaluate chemical and physical properties of coal.
- Identify quality deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent contamination or grade degradation.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow and accurate stockpiling management.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout the quality monitoring process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelorâs Degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Coal Quality Control or Assurance within a mining environment.
- Strong understanding of coal properties, classification, and blending methodologies.
- Proficiency in using coal laboratory testing equipment and statistical data analysis software.
- Ability to work in field conditions and handle high-pressure operational environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations in the mining sector.
