Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, optimize, and sustain robust coating processes for semiconductor, substrate, and PCB manufacturing to meet product specifications and production targets.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions for coating-related defects, yield excursions, and equipment issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like SPC, FMEA, and DOE to enhance process capability, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with R&D, Equipment Engineering, and Production teams to facilitate the successful transfer of new coating technologies and products (NPI).
- Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including specifications, control plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and analyze process data, identifying trends and deviations, and generate reports to drive data-driven decision making.
- Support equipment maintenance and upgrades, working closely with vendors to ensure optimal performance of coating tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems within the coating area.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in coating process engineering within the semiconductor, substrate, or PCB manufacturing industries.
- Proven expertise in various coating techniques (e.g., spin coating, spray coating, electroplating, sputtering, vapor deposition).
- Strong understanding of material properties, surface science, and chemical processes relevant to coating applications.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Experience with process characterization tools and analytical equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
