Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, according to established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including proper glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and assist with receiving and stocking deliveries
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service practices
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative mixology techniques
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a high-volume or upscale establishment
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., RSA, TIPS) preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
