- Instruct students in the basics of coding and computer science using age-appropriate languages like Scratch, Python, or HTML.
- Design and deliver interactive lesson plans that are both educational and entertaining for young learners.
- Mentor and guide students through coding projects, helping them troubleshoot issues and debug code.
- Foster a positive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes creativity and teamwork.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Prepare students for simple coding challenges or mini-competitions to boost their confidence.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and class activities.
Kualifikasi
- Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring children aged 6-16 is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Scratch, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Reliability and punctuality in attending scheduled sessions.
- Ability to work flexibly in a part-time capacity.
