Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger transactions to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Develop and maintain automated financial reporting systems using data analytics tools
- Support month-end closing processes and prepare financial statements for management review
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions for financial operations
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to strengthen financial controls and risk mitigation
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and executive summaries for strategic planning
- Train stakeholders on new financial systems and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Business Management, Information Management, Mathematics, Physics, or Geophysics
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Understanding of Indonesian financial regulations (PSAK) and tax compliance
- Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and process optimization mindset
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
