We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Barista to become the face of our luxury brand experience. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency while ensuring every customer feels welcomed. Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve a variety of high-quality espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and answering inquiries with brand-appropriate professionalism.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle payments, and maintain accurate cash records.
- Ensure the coffee bar remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, syrups, and beverage supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow during peak operational hours.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide recommendations to our discerning clientele.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a premium hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury retail or hospitality environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Food Hygiene Certification is considered a strong advantage.
