- Expertly prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using Kenangan's signature recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and genuine interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace including espresso machines and service areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards in all beverage preparations
- Actively participate in product knowledge training and seasonal promotions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with physical stamina
- Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early shifts
