- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Manage coffee inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of coffee station and related equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly and efficient interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in coffee preparation or hospitality preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills for inventory management
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting
- Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
