DTB coffee shop is looking for a enthusiastic Coffee Shop Server to join our vibrant team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a server, you will be the face of our café, delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
\n\nIn this role, you will:

- Greet and seat guests with a warm smile, ensuring their comfort throughout the visit. \n
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicating them clearly to the baristas and kitchen staff. \n
- Serve coffee, pastries, and light meals with care, maintaining presentation standards. \n
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments using our POS system. \n
- Keep the dining area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed. \n
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including side work and inventory checks. \n
- Provide feedback to the management team to improve service flow and customer satisfaction. \n
- Work collaboratively with the barista team to ensure timely delivery of orders. \n

Kualifikasi
- \n
- At least 1 year of experience in a coffee shop, café, or casual dining restaurant. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. \n
- Friendly, approachable, and customer‑oriented attitude. \n
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (e.g., handling and storage). \n
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. \n
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed. \n
