Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, and data models for financial applications
- Design Python-based ETL processes to automate data extraction and transformation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define BI requirements for financial reporting
- Optimize existing Cognos solutions for performance and scalability
- Implement data governance frameworks ensuring financial data accuracy and compliance
- Train end-users on Cognos tools and reporting best practices
- Stay current with BI trends and technologies to drive innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in Cognos development and administration
- Strong Python programming skills with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Proven financial reporting experience in banking, insurance, or fintech
- Expertise in SQL and database design principles
- Cognos certification (Cognos Developer or Administrator preferred)
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
