Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities
- Present company products/services effectively to potential customers
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer information in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional communication
- Collaborate with sales team to refine outreach strategies

Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
