As a Cold Caller, you will utilize your research skills to identify potential prospects and manage the initial stages of the sales funnel. You will be the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, making your communication skills essential. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $6.00 in Metro Manila and requires a commitment to excellence and data accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound cold calling campaigns targeting both business and consumer markets to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential leads within target industries.
- Engage prospects via phone to introduce company services and gather initial requirements.
- Accurately input data and track all interactions, calls, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings with the senior sales team.
- Collaborate with management to refine outreach scripts and improve conversion rates.
- Follow up on warm leads and referrals to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Kualifikasi
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing (preferred).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity with high motivation.
- Excellent research skills to identify target demographics and industries.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented attitude.
