  • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective discovery and probing questions.
  • Articulate the benefits and processes of credit repair services clearly and professionally.
  • Effectively manage and overcome client objections to drive sales conversions.
  • Maintain and update lead information accurately within the company CRM system.
  • Follow up on lukewarm leads to nurture interest and secure commitments.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales and support teams to optimize the customer journey.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a cold caller, telemarketer, or in an outbound sales role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a neutral or professional English accent.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and automated dialing systems.
  • Prior experience in the credit repair, insurance, or financial services industry is highly preferred.
