- Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain strict food safety protocols and sanitation procedures in all cold kitchen operations
- Efficiently manage inventory of perishable ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes
- Operate and maintain cold kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Contribute to menu development through creative plating and presentation techniques
- Support kitchen operations during peak hours while maintaining composure under pressure
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in cold kitchen or food preparation preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knife skills and food handling techniques
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 20kg)
