Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and plate high-quality cold dishes, salads, and appetizers according to standard recipes.
- Ensure the cold kitchen station is fully stocked, clean, and organized before and during service.
- Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP) at all times.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and assist in inventory management and ordering for the cold station.
- Collaborate with the executive chef and other team members to ensure seamless meal service.
- Maintain equipment in the cold kitchen area to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the preparation of specialized mise-en-place for daily specials.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cold Kitchen Chef, Commis, or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent knife skills and a keen eye for artistic plate presentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a significant advantage.
