Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, appetizers, and desserts according to SACRA UBUD's quality standards
- Maintain strict food safety protocols and hygiene practices in all cold kitchen operations
- Manage inventory of cold kitchen supplies, ensuring optimal freshness and minimal waste
- Collaborate with culinary team to execute daily menu requirements and seasonal specials
- Operate and maintain cold kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to plating guidelines and presentation standards for all cold dishes
- Support receiving, storing, and rotating perishable goods to maintain quality
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in cold kitchen or food preparation preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of cold food preparation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to visual presentation
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills in multicultural settings
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
