Shrimpis Restaurant is seeking a passionate and skilled Cold Kitchen Chef to join our culinary team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious, visually stunning cold dishes, salads, and appetizers that elevate our dining experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble a wide variety of cold starters, salads, and buffet items according to standard recipes and plating guidelines.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation in the cold kitchen area.
- Ensure the freshness and proper storage of all ingredients, including vegetables, dressings, and cold cuts.
- Assist in the daily preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and marinating.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly.
- Collaborate effectively with the Hot Kitchen and Front of House teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Monitor stock levels of cold ingredients and communicate shortages to the Head Chef.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience working in a Cold Kitchen or as a Salad Section Chef is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of perishable items.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and interact with the team.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong passion for food presentation.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
