In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in the preparation of cold dishes, appetizers, and side items that delight our guests. You will be responsible for the meticulous setup and stocking of the cold station, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh, properly labeled, and stored at the correct temperatures to maintain quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and plate appetizers, salads, and cold buffet items according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station, including prep tables and refrigerators.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report shortages or waste to the Head Chef.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Assist in the setup of the kitchen line for the start of the service shift.
- Properly store and rotate ingredients to minimize spoilage and maximize freshness.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for detail in food presentation.
