Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and implement appropriate collection strategies
- Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to resolve outstanding balances
- Prepare and send collection notices, statements, and other correspondence to customers
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and payment arrangements
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address payment issues and improve customer relationships
- Analyze aging reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements for customers experiencing financial difficulties
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally
