Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and perform regular follow-ups via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with clients while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
  • Monitor and update account records accurately in the company database to reflect payment statuses.
  • Identify and escalate complex accounts to senior management as required by company policy.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on collection progress and aging accounts for the finance department.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal financial policies and local regulations regarding debt collection.
  • Coordinate with the legal and customer service teams to resolve payment disputes or account discrepancies efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic database management.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Alabang, Metro Manila.
